Exquisite

This is easily one of the best Tuscan Chiantis ever bred. It's rich, full bodied, and eloquently dry. It has delicious notes of blackberry, raspberry, and cocoa. This isn't a supermarket wine. This is a creme de la creme! As such, you'll want to allow it to breath after removing the cork. I also suggest investing in a vacuum stopper in lieu of replacing the cork. This is too good of a vintage to allow air to oxidize and destroy the flavor. You'll want to suck that oxygen out of the bottle between servings. Amazon sells them for a little bit of nothing. Well worth the $12 to protect a fine $60 vintage. This is easily one of the best Italian Reds I've ever had the pleasure of drinking. I encourage everyone who enjoys a fine Red to give this a shot. You won't be disappointed. Yes, it's expensive; however, it's formally exquisite. Do you have a lucky lady or gentleman in your life? If your partner is a wine connoisseur, he'll be begging you for another glass. Saraceni has outdone themselves.
